2. Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the website, you confirm that you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Our security services are provided under a separate written agreement, which is the only document that governs them.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use it in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on or any connected system;

- copy or extract content from the website by automated means.
We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.
4. Information on the website
The content of the website is general information about our services. It is not security advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such.
Nothing on the website is a contractual offer. Any service is subject to a written quote and to a signed agreement. Our initial advice and assessment are free and do not commit you to anything.
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free of errors at all times.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, the Mansa Security name and logo, and photographs, belong to us or are used under licence. You may view the website and print or save extracts for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on its content. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable in particular for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Links to other websites
The website contains links to other sites, such as our Instagram account. These links are provided for information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you use the website, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
9. Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.

10. Who is responsible for your data
E H Security Enterprise Ltd, trading as Mansa Security, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For any question about your data, contact us at info@mansasecurity.co.uk or by post at our trading address.
11. Data we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Through the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you contact us directly by telephone, email or Instagram: the details you choose to give us.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which are recorded by our hosting provider in its server logs.
Please only give us the information we need to answer your request. Avoid sending sensitive details, such as information about your health, in your first message: we will discuss them with you in confidence if they are relevant to your protection.
12. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your request, prepare an assessment or a quote: this is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- To provide our services and manage our relationship with clients: to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure and running properly: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep accounting and legal records: to comply with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
We do not send marketing messages without your consent, we do not sell your data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
13. Who we share your data with
Your data is seen only by the members of our team who need it to deal with your request. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only: the website host, the email service that delivers form messages, and our IT and accounting providers. We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example to the police or a court.
Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
14. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Client files and contracts: up to 6 years after the end of the contract, which is the usual period for legal claims and accounting records.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.
15. Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@mansasecurity.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection authority: ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first.
16. CCTV systems we install or monitor
This notice covers the website and your enquiries. When we install or monitor a CCTV system for a client, the client usually decides how the footage is used and is responsible for it. We then act on the client’s behalf under a written agreement that sets out how the footage is protected.
17. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you.
- Language preference: the website stores the language you choose in your browser (local storage), so that it is remembered on your next visit. This is strictly necessary to provide the setting you asked for, so it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
- Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google does not place any cookie for this.
